3.1 To purchase a Product You will need to follow the procedures set out on our Website.

3.2 Purchasing the Products is done using the procedures set out on our Website Details of our prices for the Products, and the procedures for payment and delivery are displayed on our Web site. You must pay by credit or debit card at the time of order. The price of any Product is the price in force at the date and time of your order. We may change the price of any Product before you place an order. We try to ensure that our prices displayed on our Web site are accurate but the price on your order will need to be validated by us as part of the acceptance procedure. We will inform you if a Productā€™s correct price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order and decide whether or not to order the product at the correct price.

3.3 We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you. If your order is accepted, we will confirm acceptance to you by online electronic means (ā€˜Confirmationā€™) to the email address you have given us on ordering. The order will then be fulfilled by the date set out in the Confirmation or, if the Confirmation does not contain such a date, within 30 days.

3.4 If the Product you ordered is unavailable, we may provide to you a substitute of an equivalent quality and price (ā€˜Substitute Productā€™).

3.5 You undertake that all details You provide to Us for the purpose of purchasing the Products which may be offered by Us on our Website will be correct and, that the credit or debit card, or any electronic cash, which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any Products. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before providing you with any Products.

3.6 In certain circumstances We may grant you a credit account. We may set and reset your credit limit at any time. We may revoke that credit account at any time without reason.

3.7 A retention of title shall apply to all goods until such time as cleared funds have been received.

3.8 If you are a consumer then the distance selling regulations apply to this contract. You may return the goods within 7 days of receipt for a full refund provided that the goods are returned in a good condition and they are returned to the address given on this website.

3.9 The price quoted on the website excludes any taxes, insurance, delivery and/or other charges.

3.10 All prices are quoted in GB Pounds. Payment must be made in GB Pounds.

3.11 Where Products are being sent abroad then Inco Terms 2000 shall apply. Where a dispute exists between these terms and conditions and Inco Terms 2000 then these terms shall prevail.

3.12 We provide a two year guarantee (return to factory) in respect of our handwash systems. You must pay the cost of return. We will pay the carriage for the goods to be returned to you in the event that they are genuinely faulty and have not been damaged through misuse.

3.13 Our Terms and Conditions shall govern this contract and shall apply to the exclusion of any other contractual purported terms.

3.14 We reserve the right to make without notice any improvement or alteration in the material, specification, dimensions or design of any Products.

3.15 It shall be the responsibility of You to make sure that We have the relevant information to enable us to proceed with the contract and to ensure that the capacity and performance of the Products are sufficient and suitable for the purpose intended.

3.16 In the event that we provide a specific quotation then that quotation is only valid for a period of 30 days from the date of the quotation.

3.17 We shall endeavour to deliver on time. However time shall not be of the essence and we shall not be liable for late delivery.

3.18 All Products shall become at your risk from the point when they leave our factory.

4. Modifications to Website

We reserve the right to alter, suspend or discontinue any aspect of our Website or the content or services available through it, including your access to it. Unless explicitly stated any new features including new content, new Products and/or the sale of new Products and/or the release of new software tools or resources shall be subject to these terms and conditions.
